Farmers Trust and Savings Bank is proud to announce that Suzi Harper is transitioning into her new role as Commercial Services Manager. Harper has served Farmers Bank in the Retail Department as a Personal Banker for nearly 20 years, where she has built strong relationships with customers, by understanding their needs and providing personalized banking solutions to meet those needs.
In her new role, she will focus on providing businesses with customized financial solutions, including a full suite of leading-edge payment solutions, fraud prevention solutions, and advisory services to help them grow and succeed. She looks forward to deepening relationships with local business owners and supporting their financial goals.

Harper is a native of Keokuk, IA. She attended college at Iowa State, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance. Harper is very active in the community including volunteering with the United Way, the Spencer Chamber of Commerce, the City of Spencer, Spencer Schools, and the Spencer Regional Healthcare Foundation. She leads our bank’s Junior Achievement program where we partner with the Spencer Schools to bring Financial Literacy to the 7th grade classroom. She is a Past President of the Chamber Board and is a past recipient of the Jack Wedel Award, which was given annually to a citizen showing outstanding contributions to their community through the chamber and volunteerism. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and cheering on her daughter Riley, who is a sophomore at Spencer High School, as she participates in dance team, swim, and soccer.
