Mandy Allen, Assistant Operations Officer/Cashier is pleased to announce the
promotion of Morgan Miller to the position of Retail Banking Supervisor.
Morgan Miller brings 6 years of banking experience and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. She started her career at Farmers Bank as a Teller before moving into the eServices Department, where she handled technical questions, account reconciliations, and handled fraud-related issues. She later transitioned to the role of a Personal Banker and is now stepping into the position of a Retail Banking Supervisor.
The Retail Banking Supervisor is responsible for planning, leading, training, and overseeing all activities in the Retail Deposit department. Provides superior customer experience and promotes a sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. Implements management strategic goals for business development, referrals and retention and expansion of account relationships. This position will also lead the Retail Deposit team each day by providing guidance and support to team members.
She was raised in Ruthven and still resides there with her family. Morgan and her husband Blake have two children, Kohyn and Callum. She also dedicates her time to volunteering with the Spencer Young Professionals and City of Ruthven.
