How will I log in when the new Banno Online goes live?
Login using the same username and password.
You will be asked to provide a phone number to set up a Two-Factor Authentication to help safeguard your account. You may also use a Authy or other authenticator app of your choice.
What if I can't remember my log in credentials?
If you have forgotten your password simply click the "forgot?" link under the login box. If you have forgotten both your username and/or password, please contact us at 1.712.262.3340 to have it reset.
What is Two-Factor Authentication? Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a specific type of multi-factor authentication (MFA) that strengthens access security by requiring two methods (also referred to as authentication factors) to verify your identity.
1. Text message to the mobile phone entered,
2. Automated phone call to phone number entered, or
3. Authenticator App (1 option is Authy app, click to download).
Do I have to utilize Two-Factor Authentication each time I log in?
After entering the verification code, if you are logging in from a secure computer, you have the option to select “Don’t ask for code again on this computer.” This allows you to avoid having to enter a verification code during each login. This option should never be selected on a shared or public computer.
Will my username and password be the same?
Yes. when the new Banno Online goes live, simply use your current username and password.
What browsers are supported with the new Banno Online?
We recommend downloading the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Microsoft Edge
Microsoft Edge will be supported at the latest version only. The Online Digital Platform may deny access to older Microsoft Edge versions 60 days after a new version is released. The legacy version of Microsoft Edge now has an official end-of-life date from Microsoft. Google Chrome
Chrome should automatically update and major updates are released approximately every 12 weeks. If Chrome is two versions older than the current stable channel version, the Online Digital Platform may deny it access. Apple Safari
Each year Apple typically makes upgrades to Safari during the fall. Approximately 60 days after a new version is released, the Online Digital Platform may deny older versions access. However this change requires that the new Safari version is available on both MacOS and iOS devices.
Mozilla Firefox
FireFox should automatically update. If FireFox is two versions older than the current stable channel version, the Online Digital Platform may deny it access.

I f do you not automatically see your accounts upon login, please refresh the page or log out and log back in. If you do not still see your accounts listed on the dashboard, please call your local branch for further assistance.
