Spencer, IA – May 2024 – Farmers Trust and Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Kristy Seaman is transitioning into her new role as Vice President of Loan Operations. Seaman has served Farmers Bank in the Lending Department most recently as Assistant Vice President of Loan Operations. Seaman has over 15 years in banking and finance experience. She will help expand and enhance how Farmers Bank can further assist customers.

Seaman is a native of Graettinger, IA. She attended college at Iowa Lakes Community College & Buena Vista University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & a minor in Psychology. Seaman is very active in the community including volunteering at the Branding Iron at the Clay County Fair, helping out in the nursery at Hope Church, & working with local 7th grade student to learn the importance of financial literacy.
