Farmers Trust and Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Kristy Seaman is transitioning into her new role as AVP of Loan Operations. Seaman has served Farmers Bank in the Lending Department most recently as Director of Loan Operations. Seaman has over 14 years in banking and finance experience. She will help expand and enhance how Farmers Bank can further assist customers.
“Kristy has played a crucial role in the success of Farmers Bank’s loan efficiencies, and the work she has provided to the Bank has been extraordinary and we are so appreciative to have her on our team,” commented Executive Vice President and Senior Lender, Kent Nelson.
Seaman commented, “I am appreciative of everything Farmers Trust and Savings Bank does for our customers, community, and staff. I love working here, everyone is like family. My favorite part of my job is being able to share my passion for banking and my knowledge with others. Our Loan Support and Documentation department plays a vital role in assisting our loan officers and providing great customer service to our valued customers. We have a great team, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
Seaman is a native of Graettinger, IA. She attended college at Iowa Lakes Community College & Buena Vista University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree & a minor in Psychology, Seaman is very active in the community including volunteering at the Branding Iron at the Clay County Fair.
