^{*1. CONTEST PERIOD: The contest will start Monday, May 2, 2022, and will end on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at midnight CST.  2. ELIGABILE PARTICIPANTS: Current legal U.S. residents, 18 and over and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, board members and associates of Farmers Bank and their household family members are not eligible.  3. HOW TO ENTER: Any participant who visits a local small business and takes a picture while visiting the business, shares it @FarmersBankSpencer on Facebook and uses the hashtag #FarmersBankSpencer will earn an entry into the drawing. Farmers Bank is not required to show any entry and reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason whatsoever. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is limited to one entry per day, during the promotion. Mail in entries can be sent to Farmers Bank c/o National Small Business Week, PO Box 7980, Spencer, IA 51301 and must be received by midnight, May 7th, 2022. Farmers Bank is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, illegible, or stolen entries. By entering, contest entrants and all individuals’ pictures in photos submitted by entrants agree to have their likeness used in any way whatsoever in relation to the promotion of the contest. All entries become the exclusive property of Farmers Bank and will not be acknowledged or returned. Winner does not have to be a Farmers Bank customer or consumer, provided they meet the entry requirements. NO PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  4. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  5. PRIZE: One prize winner will receive $100 in Chamber Dollars.  6. AWARD OF PRIZE: On May 11, 2022, before 4:30PM CST, a random draw will be made from all eligible entries to identify the potential winner. Any eligible entry that is selected in the random draw must comply with these rules to win the prize. Prize will be awarded within 7 days after the winner is chosen.  7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be contacted via the phone or through Facebook. 8. TO CLAIM PRIZE: To be declared a winner and claim the prize, potential winner must: (a) respond to Farmers Bank within 48 hours of notification; and (b) appear in person; and (c) sign a media release form before the prize is redeemed. If the potential winner does not comply with these rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen. 9. WINNER LISTING: By entering this contest, winner consents to the use of his/her name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.  10. ELIGIBILITY EXCEPTIONS AND GENERAL TERMS: This contest is void where prohibited by law. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. No substitutions or transfers of the prize permitted except at sole discretion of Farmers Bank.
